Articons Technologies Private Limited ("Articons", "we", "our", or "us") collects the following categories of information when you use our Articons Secure MDM platform, website, or related services:

• Account & Identity Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, designation, and billing details provided during registration or demo requests.
• Device & Enrollment Data: Device IMEI, serial number, model, OS version, enrollment status, location (if permitted), battery level, app inventory, and compliance state — collected as part of MDM management functions.
• Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and platform interactions for improving our service.
• Communication Data: Support tickets, emails, and demo requests submitted through our platform.

We use collected data for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and improving the Articons Secure MDM platform and zero-touch enrollment services
• Managing device enrollment, applying policies, and delivering remote commands as directed by enterprise administrators
• Processing demo requests and responding to customer inquiries and support tickets
• Sending service-related communications, updates, and security alerts
• Complying with legal obligations, including audit requirements under SOC-2 and CERT-IN certifications

As an Android Enterprise Management solution integrated with Google's Zero Touch Enrollment (ZTE) program, Articons Secure processes device data in accordance with Google's Android Enterprise data policies:

• Device data collected via Android Management API (AMAPI) is processed only for legitimate enterprise management purposes as authorized by the organization's IT administrator.
• Work profile data and personal profile data are kept strictly separated on BYOD devices. We do not access, read, or process personal profile data.
• Device identifiers (IMEI, serial number) used for ZTE provisioning are handled in compliance with Google's Zero Touch Enrollment partner requirements.
• We do not sell, share, or use enterprise device data for advertising or any purpose outside the agreed scope of MDM services.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and infrastructure partners bound by data processing agreements.
• Google: Device provisioning data shared via Android Management API and Zero Touch Enrollment portal as required for service functionality.
• Legal Authorities: When required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

By accessing or using the Articons Technologies website, Articons Secure MDM platform, zero-touch enrollment services, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

As part of the Android Enterprise ZTE ecosystem, customers and resellers using Articons for Zero Touch Enrollment must:

• Comply with Google's Zero Touch Enrollment reseller and customer program policies
• Ensure devices enrolled through ZTE are legitimate enterprise devices, not consumer devices
• Not use ZTE to enroll or manage devices without explicit authorization from the device owner or organization
• Maintain accurate records of enrolled devices as required for compliance audits

Articons Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Articons Secure MDM platform subject to these terms. You agree to:

• Use the MDM Services only to manage devices you own or are authorized to manage within your organization
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations and Android Enterprise policies
• Inform device end-users about MDM enrollment and the scope of monitoring in accordance with applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Articons Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India. Contact us at admin@articonstech.com for any contractual concerns.
